December 10, 2014 - More red fruit on the nose and the palate. Great Malbec here.
August 6, 2014 - This is the first vintage all in foudre and no new oak is my understanding. Lots of raspberry and black fruit. It is a great step up.

In any case, this is the first vintage with no new oak, all older foudre. So the emphasis is apparently on the limestone soils.
And hey, what a change. Violets and perfume on the nose. Palate is full and with rich fruit but also earthy notes. I guess I believe in the project, that something is going on here beyond just wine making.
