December 24, 2023 - Stunning as always. Cool, vertical, floral, and lovely finesse, elegance and balance.

October 30, 2023 - Niels guessed Pegau on this, and I understand why. Opens up with notes of farmyard, stones, flowers, light red fruit. It’s much leaner than Pegau though, elegant it is, moves along with marks of mint and lavender. I’ve never been disappointed. With Niels at La Contadine.

    October 30, 2023 - Served blind.
Châteauneuf - I said right off, but I was thinking Pégau. It had the beef blood, certainly, the deep stony feel, but tasting it, it was much lighter, than a Pégau would have been. Fine mineral feel, impressive length. Ready to drink.

July 28, 2023 - Still such a beautiful wine. Provençal herbs on the nose, cherry fruit, earth. Medium bodied, light on its feet, airy fruit with great purity, garrigue balm. It’s probably my favorite Charvin vintage. So easy to drink, such a joy.

October 3, 2022 - Very nice , needed a little time with the air to show its stripes at this point in life. Small secondary ,some prunes , well made juice.
