February 14, 2023 - Moderately deep yellow. Pear and honeysuckle with a bit of sulfur. Medium weight, good concentration for a Bourgogne, ripe fruit, but very good acidity. Begins to get nutty after an hour, suggesting that it is beyond “fully mature”.

December 11, 2019 - Tastes remarkably young. Smoke, cedar and pineapple on the nose. Very tropical, a touch of oak. High acid, solid structure and a long finish.

August 19, 2019 - You wouldn’t know this was a day older than the last bottle (see note of 2 1/2 yrs ago)! Still fresh and crisp, went great with a bucket of little necks with drawn garlic butter. Yum!!

March 1, 2017 - Michael Schuster Fine Wine Course Day 5 (Headspace, Hatton Gardens, London): Medium lemon. Medium intensity aromas of ripe fruit - lemon, nectarine, apple, peach, hint of nuts. Developing. Dry palate, medium soft acidity, medium alcohol (13%) and body, medium intensity flavours similar to the nose, medium (-) length. Rather simple but good quality regional white Burgundy.

January 17, 2017 - Light straw color; lifted nose of fresh apples, flowers and then spiced pears; citrus and baking spices carry through on palate; very pretty and complex for what it is. As good as many a 1er at twice the price!

June 4, 2015 - Hits a solid correct and quality mark for a BB. Maybe a little pricey for though.

May 1, 2015 - Not a thing of great complexity but the style is great. A little of everything, understated, with a nice balance of creamy and tart. Classy. Pure.
