September 10, 2023 - No premox, just a wonderful, incredibly mineral-influenced burg with notes of lime zest. Just awesome. I would stock up on these but I am simply afraid of the PMox. sad.

December 6, 2018 - Dinner with Corney and Barrow (thank you Thibaut)! Very impressed by this wine and this was my WOTN. On the nose, slightly reductive but overall very aromatic, with lemon peel, wet stone, smoke, crushed white and yellow flowers, light apple puree, and minerals, on the palate, the fruits were very vibrant but not too ripe with great aicidity and complexity. The finish was quite long with modest smoky sensation.
I thought he did a great job for 2012 vintage!
February 12, 2014 - Wildman 2012 Burgundy Preview and Barrel Tastings (New York, NY): Tasting pour. Big oak--almost formic acid aroma. Apple, medium acidity vs others tasted in lineup. Unsure where it will lead.
February 10, 2014 - Light yellow color; almond, tart pear nose; rich, tasty, almond, tart pear, mineral palate; long finish
February 7, 2014 - Wildman New Release Burgundy Tasting (Peninsula Hotel - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Rich and lush aromatic start with lots of apple and pear aromas and flavors, perhaps some stone fruit background notes. Even fatter flavors, with a bit of butter rolled in. Very good potential here.
