January 8, 2024 - Really excellent wine in a perfect space. It has plateaued in my estimation, with notes of green to golden apple, some sliced almond, brioche, and faint nuances of candied ginger. Outstanding.
December 8, 2023 - To celebrate 19yrs of Poker.
The crusty end of a croissant. Brown butter. Candied and fresh. This has - load more time ahead of it. Easily drink to 2035-40
January 1, 2023 - Baked apples, faint hints of bread dough. Still a very lively mousse
November 2, 2021 - Beautiful taste. Aged in an amazing way! Perfect pair with my 50th birthday ! Wish I had some more bottle saved

September 13, 2021 - Starting to show some age as the fruit is showing some bruised and earthy character. Still plenty of zing and energy on the palate, but the flavor profile is starting to tip into that secondary zone.
July 24, 2021 - this was my last bottle of a case of 6, and I must admit that 91 is a generous score, the wine in flawless, great bobble, however it doesn't really excite me, it lacks some minerality and I had older NV from Ruinart and Roederer capable of giving better emotions, however this is a good wine
June 7, 2021 - I remember trying this beauty in the 2008 vintage a little back and quite frankly, I was surprised (tasted blind) by how young this showed, though it opens up beautifully!! Super classy, pure with tight energy; lemony, salty citrus-based aromas and flavors with chalky minerality that develops really nicely. Floral perfume in the mouth provides interest to the otherwise fine, linear fruit. Widens with air time and should age very well. A few people thought it could be an '08 Blanc de Blancs.
June 6, 2021 - Medium straw color with very fine bead; clean, fresh and crisp style, yet soft; hints of vanilla, pastry and lemon zest; stony, white flowers, good acidity; very youthful and reeks of class; way too easy to drink, it keeps drawing you back for another sip. Excellent! 92+
May 15, 2021 - no signs of time, good but not great, flattish nose, but might be simply this bottle, as others of the same vintage were much more expressive
