  April 24, 2014 - Private Dinning: You Bring then I Do (Restaurant La Piperna - Madrid): BYO by Miguel to La Piperna in Madrid.
  Brilliant hay colour
  Memories of black ants (yes, I tasted them!), sour lactic notes on
  the nose.
  Complex aromas of white fruit and citrus. Lovely harmonized. This is not an Italian Verduchio-like.
  On the palate, performance is showing real class with a great length coming from that elegant acidity and a bitter finish. Tasty. Savoury Ribeiro.
  A bottle like this worths to rest for almost a decade.
  
  Llevada por Miguel a La Piperna, calle Relatores en Madrid.
  De brillante color pajizo.
  Recuerdos de hormigas negras (tienes que probarlas), notas a leche agria en nariz.
  Complejos aromas a fruta blanca y a cítricos. Bellamente armonizados.
  No tiene nada que ver con un Verdechio italiano.
  En boca tiene una actuación de verdadera clase con un gran recorrido que viene de una elegante acidez y un final amargo. Gustoso. Sabroso Ribeiro.
  Esta botella merece descansa por casi una década.
  Acompañó un atún fresco con salsa de pesto y unos boquerones en dos estilos.
