September 15, 2014 - The nose was alpine in it's profile, showing fresh blackberry, hints of cedar, cracked pepper, herbs, and mineral tones. On the palate, I found bitter blackberry fruit with a hint of orange peel. Brisk acidity first dried out the senses, yet made them water throughout the finish, while black fruit clung to the cheeks and gums. It's not a bad wine, but it's also not a crowd pleaser in any way. With food, it does it's job, but on it's own, it can be a task.

August 3, 2014 - This continues to improve. Will it ever be great? Probably not, but it is starting to develop complexity, on the nose especially. With air, some really nice earth and tobacco notes were evident. Still a little thin on the palate, but good with food.

June 24, 2014 - sur dolcetto med ren og ærlig duft av sure kirsebær. Frisk og leskende, men litt ubalansert. Servert til brissel. Vin med fine mategenskaper, men ikke så mye mer enn det.

June 13, 2014 - Good pizza wine. Shrooms on the pie picked up a hint on the nose. Red berries, tea, tobacco, medium tannin and acid. A little watery on the mid palate. A decent quaffer... Would like it more for a few bucks less.
April 4, 2014 - Bad bottle or some kind of travel shock.
