June 11, 2020 - This is outstanding and surprisingly good for a 19 years old California Chardonnay!
I usually like mature chardonnay, but I think this would be a crowd pleaser too as it's still lively and fresh while providing a deep flavor profile.

June 29, 2012 - I've never had the 2001 before, so perhaps this wine has lost some intensity that I'm not aware of. Subtle but nice nose of a light vanilla and citrus. On the palate, predominantly citrus with a bit of peach and pear.

June 13, 2009 - Past prime, but still a fine Chard. Fruit has softened. Minerality is showing.

October 12, 2008 - Past it's prime. Oxidized, woody, nutty flavors predominate. Not overall unpleasant, but more butterscotch than fruit.

May 4, 2008 - Good but somewhat flat. Tasted against the 2004 and no comparison. If you've got it, drink it up.

December 17, 2006 - The Blind Drunks monthly tasting (Rich & Dana's): Tasted double blind at the December Blind Drunks tasting. Waxy fruit notes, which changed character as it sat in the glass. Pear and very light oak notes. Soft oak flavors, nice minerality, and a very nice finish. Well balanced, with good fruit and acidity.
