September 24, 2014 - maybe best aubert since 02 Ritchie. stopped buying aubert 2-3 years ago after being underwhelmed with a number of bottles and price rising. this one shined. really good lift from solid acidity and structure, flavor profile was complex with tons of layers and this wine was long on the finish. surprised this wine was this good after 10 years. (my last few 04 kistlers have seemed past their best)

July 15, 2014 - Drank with Chinese food at Hakkasan. Nice lemony, oily texture with good fruit and perfect balance. Got better as it edged up in temperature. Aubert Chardonnay rarely disappoints.

October 9, 2013 - Dark yellow bordering on light brown. Pineapple mixed with sherry/oxidized notes. The palate is rich but fairly flat. This bottle is very advanced.
