September 26, 2010 - This wine is getting better with age...served with grilled beef hearts, what a great combo...nice fruit forward taste and balanced nose. Hard to believe Its pure cab franc.

April 10, 2009 - Very much Cab Franc all the way through. From the nose to the medium bodied structure, this shows plenty of vegetables, green olives, some pepper, and then touches of cherries and plums. Brings some grip on the very dry finish.

October 6, 2008 - Very nice single varietal wine. Held up well in cellar. Drank beautifully - smooth full bodied with great mouth feel and flavors.

May 16, 2007 - Peppery, spicy, lingering finish. The fruit is not overpowering. But for me, it was all about the ground black pepper and the long finish. Great wine.
