August 26, 2007 - Camille's notes. The Thunder Show Aug. 26. Pale golden color with nose of slate, minerals, asparagus and herb. Huge acidity on the palate with wet stone, lemon peel and green vegetable flavors. No creaminess to balance acidity and may need a touch more fruit. Paired beautifully with asiago and lemongrass prawns in butter sauce. 88-89 pts. Camille's guess, Chablis.

May 7, 2007 - Lemon, lime, green apple, yeast, some mineral and floral notes, with bitter acidity. Not quite good enough, but might improve a bit in another year or two.
