September 26, 2014 - Everything about this wines exudes beauty. Nose of soft spring flowers with strawberries and red raspberries. A mid to light weight wine with tremendous depth. The fruits controled the ride; some interesting notes of tea leaf and baking spice. It's balance is deft. Super interesting mid-palate and the tannins seem to lie just beneath the blanket of red fruits and they are complicated and near-weightless. Acidity just perfect. As food arrived this proves that it is the darling of the table. As this sat it showed more presence. Finish long, true and still fresh and vibrant. Wow. If you own this, consider yourself lucky.
