January 13, 2024 - Can’t put it any better than CSIMM. Just delicious and frankly can’t get enough. Only one bottle remains. So good!
November 16, 2023 - An outstanding Rose, and one that perfectly marries smooth strawberry and cream goodness with a nice cut of orange rind, white rock, and lemon pith flavors. This is in a perfect place right now, and one of those Champagnes you could just hang out with in your little corner and be happy chillin on the couch alone for the rest of the night. This Dom just has that relaxing, cuddly quality could be a contemplative geek-out Champagne just as much as a lounge around the house nibbling on caviar and smoked salmon type of dealio. Much less of the brioche and biscuity profile here, as is often the case with other Doms.

August 13, 2023 - First pull from the lineup, no notes only impressions, and the most ready for showtime. This is in a perfect place- pure luxurious goodness right from the attack diving into the deep end of creamy goodness- Like an adult strawberries and cream liquid rose gold unsweetened soda. Just fantastic.
June 19, 2023 - Absolutely spectacular- had alongside ‘12 salon, and the Dom bested the Salon this time. Amazing with food too, drink now.
April 28, 2023 - Subtle mineral and strawberry nose. Gentle mousse with nothing that sticks out on the palate. Mouth watering and cleansing with a short finish. Hard to describe it as outstanding but very enjoyable nonetheless.
March 3, 2023 - Red-fruited, balanced sweetness, vanilla hue, creamy, quite big. 93-94
December 25, 2022 - Popped my DP Rosé cherry here on this wine. Although I tend to prefer DP over Krug, I think I favor Krug Rosé over DP Rosé. But, kind of in a way you're talking about one huge rockstar over another huge rockstar so it's really a win-win either way. What a delicious Champagne. Incredibly balanced steely and mineral dense red fruits...wild strawberry sorbet, pomegranate, tart bing cherry, and herbal white pepper small bubble finish. Would have put the entire bottle bottoms up with a huge bowl of strawberries Romanoff. Really neat experience.
