March 13, 2023 - Held up surprisingly well
April 10, 2019 - Much rounder and softer than the 2015. Asparagus and tomato leaf are pretty dominant with not much fruit coming out. Long finish.
August 31, 2018 - Straight forward and pleasant. Medium fruit with nice balanced minerality. Average finish.
October 9, 2017 - Nose is floral, rich, creamy melon with touches of grapefruit and honeysuckle. Palate is the same with a noticeable sweetness that is easily forgotten as the first glass empties. The mild acid and tartness balance the sweetness fairly well.
You better meter yourself with this wine because you'll want to drink lots of it.
January 2, 2017 - Norwegian Cruise Line by the glass list (quick impressions) (Jade): Typical gooseberry on the nose and zing on the palate. Very unidimensional and quite boring. Medium finish of gooseberry, citrus, and not much else. A bit less exciting than your average inexpensive prototypical NZ Sauvignon Blanc. Okay.
December 23, 2016 - Grapefruit over tropical fruitiness, peach, pineapple sweetness. A light & crisp lemony Marlborough with slight tart-iness & lightly fizzy. Short lingering harshness aftertaste and perceived spice that follows. Saltiness on lips.
December 11, 2016 - Light color. Fruity aromas,flavors of some peach, melon, grapefruit overtones. Crisp, nice level of acidity, hint of apples on the finish.
July 16, 2016 - Quite decent. Nice aromas of melon rind and cut grass. Very, very pale gold-green. Crisp, refreshing flavors of honeydew melon, pear, and green apple.
June 25, 2016 - Very soft, lacks flavor, thin, very grassy, very short. It's wine so it gets some points for that...
May 26, 2016 - It smells like honeysuckle and honeydew. The body is light. The wine has bright texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has high acidity.
