October 7, 2023 - Nice nose. Must and earth. Fruit and vinegar taste - was oxidized.

April 18, 2011 - pale, aging, not very exciting, some light nose--drink now

April 3, 2010 - 6 hr decant; smooth soft light blackberry; sweet tannins with some light tartness.

September 15, 2009 - Color starting to show some age, really pretty nose of savory black fruit. On the palate, the dark fruits again dominate but with considerable length and a pronounced bacon flavor. This bottle was better than I expected it would be. 89+.

September 13, 2009 - Smooth creamy soft silky blackberry and earth.
