August 6, 2017 - Beautiful Port, Glad I waited, but still had many years of life left.

April 24, 2017 - This felt a bit too sugary on the first day, but more complete on the 2nd and 3rd day. Attractive, balanced and satisfying but nothing extraordinary.

March 24, 2017 - not as complex as i remember. this has a nice plum and herbal note. not too much dried fruit character. alcohol in balance. still ridiculously youthful and needs decades.

December 20, 2016 - Monthly Tuesday group "The Dead Sparrow" #014: Madeira (@ RW and by RW): Not so many notes. In the bouquet ripe dark forest fruits. On the palate blackberries and blueberries. Beautiful sweetness and acidity. Round tannin. Of course there is no hurry drinkin this beautiful port wine, but I was surprise how ready for drinking it is.

October 3, 2016 - Port Tasting at the cellars while on holiday in Porto; 10/2/2016-10/3/2016 (Porto): Good medium weight, smooth, in that in between stage of flavours with fruits and earthy characters not yet melded, easy to drink though.
