November 28, 2013 - Drank over three nights. Thanksgiving and a wine tasting for the first two, so many tried this. Everyone enjoyed this. Nice fruit with some raisin notes. Great finish. It was just fantastic.

September 27, 2013 - Opened around 9/15 and done around 9/21. Nice complexity with up front notes of cigar and cedar, fresh and dried fruit. Great balance and a wonderful series of flavor shifts in the mouth. Long finish; satisfying.
Held up for all the days it was open.... This one should be in your cellar if you like port.

June 23, 2013 - From half-bottle. The very short cork (typical for Graham’s Vintage Ports) came out in one piece. I decanted the wine for eight hours before I drank about half of the bottle, poured the remaining wine back into the bottle after about ten hours and consumed it the second evening. The Port was dark ruby in colour, almost purple, and threw a comparatively small amount of sediment. It offered cherry, prune, truffles and cigarette smoke on the nose. On the palate the medium- to full-bodied Port showed prune, dark cherry, blueberry, blackberry, raisins, truffles, some anise, some tobacco and black tea, paired with medium-plus sweetness, medium- to medium-plus acidity, medium-plus to high tannin, a very rich mouthfeel and very good length. The wine was tightly wound upon opening and did not fully open-up with decanting. An opulent, dense, serious Vintage Port that will be long-lived. I liked it better on day two than on day one. It needs time; start drinking in 2019. 91 points for the time being, with potential to improve.
