April 22, 2012 - jsander called it right- this is still absolutely lovely. Decanted an hour and drank with a New York Steak- perfect. medium body, fruit and tannins both absorbed into a sublime smooth texture. lovely aged nose.

March 23, 2008 - Decanted for an hour and served with Prime Rib. Great fruit completely integrated and drinking fine. Pepper on the finish. Perfect paring for this wine..... still had life and then some at 21 years.
