January 14, 2024 - Wow! This is a terrific wine. Soft tannins, a lot of earth and leather. The bottle had been perfectly stored. Wish I had more bottles.

April 8, 2023 - Seriously impressive from its pitch deep ruby black color to its lingering finish, this Dunn HM displays the apotheosis of Dunn beautifully. The Montrose of Napa. Outstanding depth and vigor, integrated high tannins and grip. If you prefer the California Cult style you won’t like this throwback to the classics.
