November 23, 2023 - At Pierre Gagnaire with SL and FF. Classic blanc de blanc notes. Toasted brioche, fine bubbles, etc. Showing just a touch of age (mainly in the toasted noted)
August 21, 2023 - Enjoyed this bottle more than one several years ago. Seems to have picked up richness and layers while still staying fresh and chalky. At peak.

July 4, 2023 - Light gold in color. Nose of preserved lemons, candied citrus, and biscuits. Mousse is fine, acidity is high, just a touch of sweetness that is well balanced. Lemony and sweet citrus flavors, along with pie crust, yeasty autolysis, and a deeper toffee note. Finish is medium in length. A good medium point in its evolution to my palate. A very nice Champagne that I'd happily drink though it doesn't entirely blow my socks off.
Kind of fell apart on day two, so I'd say drink sooner rather than later...within a couple years.
April 4, 2023 - Sweet citrus fruits and flowers, Danish, honey. Very well balanced, incredibly long. Such a beautiful wine. Drink now - 2033.
March 1, 2023 - La Paulée Chassagne-Montrachet Dinner-Moreau, Pillot, and Colin-Morey (Gabriel Kreuther, New York): Magnum. Light yeast and citrus nose. Off dry, light bodied, and lively. Bitter citrus, good acidity, lemony finish. Sound but unexciting and a bit too sweet.
December 24, 2022 - Solid Champagne. Nice weight and bubbles.
November 30, 2022 - Slightly darkish yellow hue. Nose of crisp nuts, caramel, slight honney. Slight fat texture, ripe green apples, sloght sweet spise. M+ body
