June 28, 2016 - Good. Very attractive wine. Herbs and some alcohol heat on the nose. Red fruits, touch of oak and heat on the palate. Cab franc alone always tastes a bit raw to me; not unpleasant, just a bit raw. Rustic may be a better term.
February 28, 2016 - Earth, herbs and oak on the nose. Blackberry currant up front with strong dried berry finish. Much drier than expected. Stood up well to BBQ chicken.

July 18, 2015 - Prior bottle benefitted from the pizza pairing but this bottle still very tasty.
July 12, 2015 - Wow, what a fantastic wine. Paired with pepperoni pizza and it was stellar. Finishished off the bottle two nights later and it was equally as good.
