April 13, 2024 - Excellent NV Champagne. Just a little yeasty for my personal taste. Good fruit, acidity, and bubbles.
April 2, 2024 - Fresh, green apple, pear, slightly salty, some biscuit. Prefer their Rose
March 30, 2024 - Solid performer. Lots of green apple and spice notes, especially cinnamon. Dosage feels a touch high for my taste, so serve chilled if you want to lessen that sensation of sweet. Very enjoyable though.
February 25, 2024 - nice blend. Nuts and toast and a hint of bitterness.Good.
February 16, 2024 - 2019 base, disgorged early 2023. Complex and delicious. Combines the best of a floral and citrusy champagne with toasty and nutty notes. The large amount of reserve wines in the blend really shows through, as does the low dosage. A contender for my favorite champagne.
February 3, 2024 - White flowers. More tropical than citrus fruit. Much brioche.
Taste is fresh with lots of fruit. Then comes reduced apple pie. Salty booger
Feels fresh. Had it at Mi Piace in Half bottle. Deg. 2022

December 31, 2023 - Half bottle, full body, good bubbles, lots of complex flavors, golden color, drank easily, very balanced, drank with Peking duck, would drink again, drank with Bollinger PN VZ 15 and it held its own with a bit more fruit and less precise flavor.

December 27, 2023 - BdB. lots of fruit on the nose with lemons, white stone fruit. Mousse quite serious and long. Lovely mouth feel and quite long aftertaste. very good.
