바로 깠을 때도 크렌베리, 산딸기의 뉘앙스와 은은하게 깔리는 오크
브리딩하면 할수록 향이 진해지며 14도의 알콜이 느껴지지 않을 정도로 알콜도 안튀고 밸런스가 너무 좋다
시간이 지날수록 산미가 이쁘게 풀어지며 둥글어지고 숲내음과 미네랄리티도 강조된다
잘 만든 샹볼과 충분히 견줄만 하다 -

December 27, 2022 - 6th of 9, opened 90 minutes, perfect cork and level, although a bruiser, a surprisingly fine 04 is developing here, lovely nuanced black cherry and earthy mineral flavours, intense and concentrated, upside, 12+ years. F (17.5).

December 6, 2020 - 4th of 9, opened an hour, perfect cork and level, evolving nicely to show good depth of black cherry fruit, earth, sous bois, slightly too edgy and high toned as yet but upside here and good life ahead for an 04. F (17.5).
