Community Tasting Notes 3

    January 24, 2009 - Wow, what happened?

Now has intense nose and wonderful peppery fruit laden palate. Burgundy shuts down but I have never experienced such a dramatic improvement. Finish is now long and the wine begs you to take another sip.
Tannin still evident and refreshing but the fruit dominates. Incredibly light bodied PN to deliver such finesse.

February 17, 2008 - Same as last bottle.
Purple ruby rim, very clear bright and increadibly light
Nose and palate very muted. Slight pepper finish Finish short. Very dissappointing

June 17, 2007 - Clear light wine, Purple rim. Nose unpronounced with slight cherry , peppery bouquet. Light body ,medium but thin on the mid palate wine has medium/ high acidity with low tannin. Finish short. Fruity flavour Cherries.

This wine didn't inspire. Hopefully some bottle age may improve.
