January 30, 2016 - Took to a party, so no detailed notes. Silky. Slightly sweet and slightly earthy. Surprisingly tannic, it is NOT over the hill, but I would still recommend drinking any remaining bottles this year.

March 12, 2015 - Beautifully aromatic. Did not come truly alive until the second day. Not too sweet, and just mildly acidic. Yum.

February 23, 2015 - Still very good, not showing the signs of age that I was expecting. It needed a little time in the glass to hit its stride, and was very enjoyably balanced when it did.

February 14, 2015 - Nice Valentines present to both of us. Very ready to be drank now, but has some time (not much) left on it.
