March 20, 2016 - Dark purple. Full bodied. Blackberry, iodine, limestone, white pepper.
December 4, 2014 - Complex with many flavors beyond fruit. Enjoyable at this price point. If scoring 90-92.

December 4, 2014 - Dark red and a complex combination of fruit and spice. Super combo with the Southwest Turkey BBQ'd for Thanksgiving. Good stuff and at least another year or 2 before it rolls over.

September 20, 2014 - Still drinking wonderfully. Big, black, substantially rich Syrah with the deep dark fruit & compliment of spices we love. While not the most complex Pax it's certainly full of character & holds up perfectly with a big flavored meal (BBQ rib eye or rich Italian meat dishes (just the right acidity).

September 7, 2014 - Great but starting to fade. Drink em if you got em.
