March 18, 2017 - Two hour decant, this has the classic nose and palate of a well made Cali syrah, with black olives and bacon fat clearly present in both. The palate adds some fruit to the mix that makes this full bodied wine well worth the price.2 people found this helpful Comment

November 5, 2016 - Somewhat weak and beyond its prime, this bottle mirrors an earlier one wherein the fruit has disappeared and what remains is a tannic and poor expression of Syrah. Disappointing again.

March 20, 2016 - Dark purple. Full bodied. Blackberry, iodine, limestone, white pepper.
December 4, 2014 - Complex with many flavors beyond fruit. Enjoyable at this price point. If scoring 90-92.

December 4, 2014 - Dark red and a complex combination of fruit and spice. Super combo with the Southwest Turkey BBQ'd for Thanksgiving. Good stuff and at least another year or 2 before it rolls over.
