October 15, 2021 - Very reminiscent of finely aged claret. Holding strong at this age with notes red berries, cedar, pencil lead, cigar box, and some violet. Tannins are still ever present and the palate is lifted with a good amount of acidity. This is really great, especially with food. Best on day-2.

September 16, 2021 - needs time to open up once opened for 2 hours nice acid and fruit well balanced drunk with rack of lamb which was a great combination needs to be drink however doesn't hav emuch are life left

The bouquet was muted with aromas of plums, cherry, expected black fruits, tobacco and cedar. A sweeter and softer Cab, tasters experienced ripe blackberries and cassis on the palate with sour cherry, rosemary, nutmeg, and clove nuances. Structure was mellow and integrated with a medium finish and while some tasters felt this wine was still alive and kickin' , the majority felt it was still graceful, but a little past it's prime. Drink this faded beauty now.

September 7, 2008 - Nice smooth mature Cab with plenty of life left. Dusty tannins, dried dark fruit lingers on the palate.
