June 21, 2020 - Just finished a magnum with a lobster dinner, and it was exquisite. Absolutely outstanding.

November 23, 2018 - Yum, yum, yum. Something tells me I will wish I had more of these. Nice and round - notes of apple and pear. First bottle of Thanksgiving and went wonderful with our charcuterie plate.

June 6, 2018 - Wilson Daniels: Celebrating 40 Years (The Lakewood - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Extremely ripe stone fruit with enough structure to remain nicely interesting, even if not my personal fav style of Chardonnay. Warm finish.

October 1, 2015 - Tasted at the winery - simply spectacular. Complex aromas and flavors of rich, ripe apple, pear, melon, pineapple and brioche with a touch of mineral. Concentrated and deeply flavored with a medium-to-full body, slightly creamy and rich texture and with bright acidity. Long, fruity, satisfying finish. Just slightly more full - bodied than I prefer, and there is a hint of buttery-ness, but it is not heavy or overdone.
