May 14, 2013 - I remember this wine in its day. The fruit, as noted, is faded. I wouldn't wait any longer, it's on the edge of drink ability now.

July 28, 2009 - same observation as duncan: surprising fruit but would have been better a few years ago.

June 20, 2009 - Still alive with some vigour, but would probably have been even better two or three years ago. Held up well in the glass that evening, but the last third of the bottle faded when left overnight. Mid-red in colour. Still intense sweet plum fruit on nose and palate. Smooth tannins and, surprisingly, cleansing acidity on the palate.

March 13, 2008 - when first tasted, i thought over the hill. however, with time [and food] it put on weight and was enjoyable. i would vote for drinking it up.

November 22, 2007 - No tasting note recorded. This is aging well, and fully mature. Lacking the vibrant fruit from earlier years, but I found it very pleasant and enjoyable. No blockbuster, just a classic merlot with good balance all around. I have one bottle left, but I think drinking it sooner rather than later woudl be advised.

March 5, 2006 - Perfectly mature, spicy black fruit. restrained nose, with cedar notes. Good concnetration and follow through grip. Balance is the key here. Yum, but drink em.
