2005 Dominique Laurent Marsannay Clos du Roy Vieilles Vignes
- Côte de Nuits
Community Tasting Notes 26

February 8, 2016 - I have not had one of these in years, and though they are still not showing any age, they have come together very nicely.
Popped and poured, showed very much above its pedigree. Beautiful cherry candy core, with very fine tannins.
January 31, 2015 - Earthy nose with leather. A noticeable band aid taste on opening, followed by a spitzy acidity make this not such a pleasant wine to drink.
November 14, 2014 - Sappy fruit, earth and wood, with high levels of acidity and an unpleasant spritziness. This bottle was likely in decline.

July 14, 2014 - I think this drinks above its pedigree. Beautiful earth with a touch of pine, and a great dark cherry core. one of my favorite QPR's
