April 20, 2016 - Coravin 4/20/16. Clear ruby with significant bricking and tawny edges; nose is aromatic, initially almost funky and some concern that it was corked, but that blows off and there is good underlying red fruit, somewhat gamey, meaty, caramel, licorice; palate is medium bodied, medium acid, low tannin, some remaining red fruit; medium finish with slight black licorice. A well balanced, traditionally styled CnDP at full maturity but not over the hill, likely has 2-3 years left at this plateau, but not as good as my last bottle (less juicy fruit). Enjoyable, pairs well with food, but I wouldn't buy more as it's not my style. 89-90

Brownish red but still going strong and good flavor

February 5, 2016 - Aromatic, with leather and spices. Soft and delicate in the mouth, with low acidity.

October 20, 2015 - Disgusting volatile acidity and lord knows what other flaws to render this undrinkable. Let's just say dead and be done with it.
