January 18, 2016 - Purple in color. The nose has a lot of brett on it somewhere between band-aid and outhouse. Does not blow off over 6 hours. also some black raspberries and pepper. Much better on the palate though. Complex and deep. Black raspberries, layers of earth and a bit merde. Somewhat drying on the finish but that improves with air. I suspect a cleaner bottle would score much higher, but this is still quite good. If you are brett intolerant though, stay away.

October 28, 2014 - Recognizably turley, opaque, thick, zero sediment, plenty of jammy fruit, very mellow tannins, big mouthful of wine for a big steak dinner. Most excellent, and drinking very well now.1 person found this helpful Comment

July 26, 2014 - Held up really well
July 18, 2014 - This shows softer and more resolved than I expected, although it was decanted for about three hours. Amorphous black/blue fruit with little delineation of individual fruits, and hardly any complexity. The relatively high alcohol is remarkably well-concealed, though. Glad I sold this off years ago. Friday night at Sarah's apartment.

July 5, 2014 - Hasn't budged much since last tasting, still amazing though!
