December 3, 2017 - Vin Chicago / Kermit Lynch Tasting (Vin Chicago - Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Lemon throughout with some richness. Very good weight, length for its level and price. Classic minerally finish. Very good value wine.

July 20, 2017 - Apparently made with or by Domaine Jean Collette?

Mineral, fresh, but not too darn steely, almost just a touch fat for chablis. TAsy stuff.

February 26, 2017 - Bright, clean, a little sharp. I taste a touch of anise, very lemony. My score reflects that fact that I like white wine like this.

January 9, 2017 - A handsome Chablis. Much better balance on day 2 after a little air. Steely lemon notes. Not a ton of dimension, but a really lovely texture. Goes over the tongue like water through your fingers. So clean

December 1, 2016 - At first impression this wine is terribly closed, lightly flavored, acid water. As it warmed in the glass the flavors came through, but the wine needs a lot of time to develop, at least a year. I think it will be lovely then and I bought a few bottles so I could see.

March 16, 2016 - This wine comes with a glowing recommendation from someone who knows their Burgundy.

Gorgeous, flinty minerality on the nose with a hint of white flowers and some citrus. Delicious on the palate with great acidity and a lemony, flinty streak.

At $28 for village Chablis, I was a bit skeptical, but this is really very well made Chablis indeed.
