August 2, 2019 - I had this bottle a week ago. No notes, but what struck me was how smooth and elegant it was. There were fruit (pears, apple, lime) but all very nuanced and slender and with a fresh but not sharp acidity. Maybe a little thin. 89-90 p.

May 1, 2018 - Fresh and aromatic, but a touch sweeter than other vintages.

February 22, 2018 - Last bottle of this vintage which has proved a very good one for this wine with a tad more weight and depth to it making it more of all-rounder rather than simply a shellfish specialist. Now moving on to the 2016’s.

November 16, 2017 - The wine was perfect with out seabass in papillote with fennnel and lemon. 4 months on lees. Bright yellow. Aromatic nose. White flowers. Tropical fruits, pineapple. Hints of peaches. Round mouth with good freshness

August 13, 2017 - WTF, way over 10 € for this ? But then again, as a German, I am probably spoiled with great whites for little money. OTOH, I have heard a Spaniard remark about Galician wines that their pqr generally tends to be high.

This was my first bottle of an Albariño based wine. Green apple in a herbal cloak of nettles and grass, even a hint of something sulfuric. So I can easily see how they came to suspect that this variety may be related to Sauvignon Blanc. This is fruity but dry. The bitterness is not overly subtle or noble. 87 as solist, 88 as food wine.

August 12, 2017 - Winebar [3 Whites & 6 Reds] from 8/11/17: N: Closed; Minerals, lemons, flowers, more to give?

P: Med, poss MF, body; RNDISH entry with ALMOST swtish frt (threshold R.S.?) off-set by TANGY acidity which SLOWLY morphs into quite a LONG, balanced finish with a distinct honied note. A lovely, WELL made wine for drinking into (& poss through) '19! 95 pts Guia Repsol, 92 Guia Peñin, Commended @ '16 decanter World Wine Awards, & 13.5% El Mundo Vino. [Though this vendor now stocks the (arguably even BETTER) '16 of this, still @ the '15's $17.95, wine-searcher's April 2018 catalogue still show several vendor's selling the '15 in the $19-$20 range.]
