December 4, 2022 - Teresa, Shayne, the kids and Renotcka...

    Nice salmon colored bubble
    Dispersed, fine bubbles.
    Red berries, rhubarb
Dry, moussey, raspberry explosion, with a hint of citrus. Medium finish.
    Really nice bubble.

    MAGNUMS ARE BETTER!!!!!

October 1, 2022 - Great showing and certainly excels for the vintage. Strawberries and cream for days, pleasant bitterness in the fruit-filled finish.

March 25, 2022 - Maybe lost its most intense fruits but what's there is beautifully nuanced right across the spectrum - red berries, an assortment of nuts, hint of caramel, some flintiness, great, long finish. Just kept savoring right to the end. Justin's 2021 x-mas present to me, I matched. Bear Valley Liquors.

May 2, 2021 - Pale pink color. Pretty nose of strawberries and cream, hints of floral notes and light citrus. Very fresh. Not showing much yeasty, bread notes at all. Similar flavors on the palate with light red berry and citrus fruit. Fine, creamy mousse. Medium+ acid. Could use a bit more complexity but very tasty and well made rose champagne.

April 26, 2020 - I often find rose champagne to combine the worst characteristics of each, but this felt like this was the best of both. Luscious strawberries-and-cream rose notes, balanced by the Roederer electricity. Kept drawing me back. Had assumed this was NV and, if I had realised, I would have left it longer. But it was terrific and greatly enjoyed. Would seek out.
