December 30, 2017 - Fresh style, maybe a bit of malo lactic providing a lemon curd quality, green apples and a good pink grapefruit finish.

July 13, 2017 - Clean nose of pears, apples, melon, and a hint of Jack fruit. The palate is medium bodied, with agreeable balance and a touch of brightness. Well done for such a high production bottling.

May 21, 2017 - Funny, I'd guess this spent some time in a barrel. Light vanilla, toastiness, medium-plus acidity, clean and lasting on the palate. Subtle burn on the finish. Not overly exciting, fair value.

March 9, 2017 - Balanced value Chardonnay that sees no oak and yet showed a little toast on the palate along with citrus and mineral. 13.9 Alc on the label means its likely a little higher than that and could probably use a tad more lift as a result. Decent with pan fried walleye tonight. About right at $10 on sale.

January 24, 2017 - Subtle and simple; apple fruit for lack of a better description. Not much here to recommend even at half the retail price.

November 9, 2016 - Fruity, a touch of minerality. A little musty on the nose. Not as crisp as expected.

October 15, 2016 - Very nice wine, light with a pear and apple nose and a long pear finish to savor.

September 14, 2016 - Tasted at a bar with a limited wine list. Bitter and slightly oxixized. Very modest nose of melon. Melon dominates flavor with some peach but the bitterness builds to an unpleasant finish.
