January 8, 2022 - Perfect cork, Double filter decant to remove tons of sediment. No tannins, had a slight nose of cork, that blew-off…basically just juice, not much going on….About half way thru 1st glass, decided to go get a bottle of wine…….

August 7, 2016 - This wine is still getting it done. But then I would expect nothing less from Lewis Cellars who I think make some of the most underrated wine in Napa. No tannins at this point. Just pure juice but man it is good juice.

February 24, 2015 - Drank very nicely over 3 days. Raspberry fruit with some darker notes. Some graphite, spice and cherry cola. Well integrated with freshening acidity. Some decent complexity.

January 19, 2015 - Really deep garnet color, syrah nose for sure. Tasty, full finish and length. Some typical Syrah type qualities without being too jammy... liked this alot.

August 4, 2014 - The cork was dry and disintegrated, so this was decanted to filter out cork fragments and for sediment.

This is still drinking nicely. No significant bricking, but it's drinking like a mature wine, with integrated tannins still ample enough to provide structure. Flavors are integrated, too, with black fruit supported by leafy, cedary notes. Shows nice balance thought the finish. Drink in the near term, it won't improve, but should be ok for a couple years.

    Delicious.
