October 26, 2019 - Lovely expression of Zinfandel - cherry, rolling tobacco and rich American oak on the nose, herbs, pepper and tangy fruit on the palate. Hot, but not overly so. Decent length and freshness.

May 16, 2018 - Fantastic drinking wine. Soft fruit, no tannins, and absolutely delicious. A work of genius. Such a great ‘movie bottle’. Feels like a much greater treat than £10.

October 23, 2017 - Born in the USA (The Great Hall, One Great George Street, Westminster): Yeah, everything I'd expect on the nose - plummy, spicy, vanilla and touches of blackcurrant And so it proves on the palate. Rather pleasant and a good go to Zin.

February 9, 2017 - Plums and vanilla on the nose. A hint roasted. Possesses enough stuffing in the mouth to back the root beer, briar, and jam flavors. It grows on you.
