February 22, 2024 - This was superb. Still youthful with aged notes in perfect balance like so many 2008 now. This is such a great vintage. You feel the Belle Epoque taste here to recon the profile. 93 now with only more to come and long life ahead

December 2, 2023 - Generously brought by our dinnerguests.

Expressive nose with violet, cream, yellow apples, orange and a touch of smoke. After a while just hints of very high quality almonds. On the palate light and elegant. Not the most intense experience but very well balanced, elegant and complex. Again cream and oranges and a touch of winegums. Medium acidity, a touch of chalk, salt, iodine and smoke. Good lenght.

Very nice! True to the elegant, fresh, light style I associate with this cuveƩ. In a good spot now.

August 27, 2023 - Drinks well now. Lots red and yellow apples, yest is there but not profound, acidity still vivid. Comes down to taste but I would say drinks well now especially after 30 min in the glass. Can easily take another 5-10 years.

August 16, 2023 - Pale gold. Pronounced autolytic notes on the nose - mushrooms, soy, more developed than I'd expect on a 2008 tete de cuvee. Rich palate of green apples, soy, stones; creamy texture, fine-boned lime acidity and reasonable length.

December 17, 2022 - Holiday Champagne Gala (Park Ridge Country Club): Walkaround tasting. A clear step up over 2002 vintage, partly because it is fresher and brighter, but also more robust and interesting fruit.

April 8, 2022 - Burnt ends lunch in singapore. Brought this along, a bottle I once received as a gift by a generous soul. Pale yellow color. Very smoky and citrisy nose, wet stones and hay as well. Med acidity, Med body, Med alcohol, Med flavor intensity and Med + finish. Very smoky and velvety mouth, green apple and citrus, long lingering salinity and minerality. Very refreshing Champaign, I feel some more complexity will come in the future so you can still wait a bit to drink it.

March 6, 2021 - Very pale gold in the glass - very bright and lots of fine bubbles. Quite vigorous.

Quite a restrained nose - still all quite tight - lemons, minerals a little oak and a little sea breeze. All very fresh - still quite young.

A lovely mouth weight and fine mousse. very persistent a great combination of sweet and savoury notes.

This is really good - very nice Champagne - will keep for a long while yet just entering its drinking window
