June 1, 2011 - Agree with Soyhead ... more vegetal than fruity. But, can't expect much from a sub $10 pinot noir.

November 7, 2009 - nose - celery, vegetal. light red fruit
mouth - light to mid bodied with green strawberry flavors but utterly lacking complexity. shouldn't be priced more than $4.99

August 11, 2009 - Good value Pinot with broad appeal. Nose of oak, caramel, and cherry preserves. In my opinion, not a thin Pinot--quite round with good acidity. Wild cherry and cola finishes in toasted oak. With time, there is some spice and earth--but this was only $10, after all. Great with pork tenderloin and peach/plum compote. Will buy again.

July 8, 2009 - Nose - Initial attack is red fruit, mostly cherries (cherry soda pop-ish), followed by smokey oak notes. The taste is very similar to the nose with red fruit and a lot of oak and heat from the alcohol on the back end.

June 21, 2009 - Nose of spice, dark fruit, and earth. Ruby-red in color, very clear. Flavors of bing cherry, spice box, cedar, and eucalyptus. Very bright and fruit-forward with decent finish. Always a dependable label and a good buy.

April 1, 2009 - A little too much heat, not very Pinot Noir-like. An ok bottle but nothing too special.
