    (Domaine Dujac Chambolle-Musigny) This small but well-endowed domaine is run by Jacques Seysses, with wife Diana and sons Jeremy and Alec. It has a remarkably strong reputation, and an excellent portfolio of vineyard holdings. This mature village-level wine has a good colour, rather matt in appearance, with a dusty oxblood core and a paling rim. The nose has remarkably young fruit in evidence, laid over some more mature, meaty elements. The palate has a dry, savoury, stony character, gentle flesh but great definition and acidity which I think very fine. A complete, balanced style, impressive for the level, structured and capable of many more years in the cellar yet.
