February 5, 2021 - Cork held up well. Medium color and some barnyard on the nose. On the palette, cherry pie but not too tart. A nice fine!

April 26, 2020 - Must have had a very good bottle, as mine was showing far exceeding expectations! Dark fruits mixing eith Chinon like barnyard aroma. Medium tannins and well indegrated dark berry acidity. 88/100 (90/100 on personal pleasure scale)

January 8, 2010 - Surely past its best. Autumnal leaves, raspberry, leather. Tart. Average finish.

August 6, 2008 - garnet with a touch of orange. Nose was not much of anything; swirling brought out some spice and leather, but only hints thereof. Taste was the same, initially spices and tobacco, no fruit to speak of.. I do not think this wine is corked, as I am TCA sensative usually. It went OK with food, not great by itself.
