August 28, 2023 - Second bottle was still alive and enjoyable. Tasted 2 days ago, note from memory. Nowhere near the enjoyment this provided in its youth, but drinkable.

September 19, 2020 - Not a pristine bottle. Advanced, but still drinkable. It improved with air, but this was no where close to the 07 Fourchaume, which showed beautifully.

July 14, 2020 - As per previous notes, this is in a perfect spot at the moment, although it does need to be decanted for a couple of hours to show it at its best. The nose and palate displays peach and lemon and time has given it a lovely butteriness in the mouth. This should probably stay here for the next two or three years, but I wouldn't venture to give it longer.

April 19, 2020 - This was a first rate bottle from a case starting to display variance. With a good bottle this wine punches above its weight and is out drinking some Grand Cru burgundys. It still really benefits from a couple of hours in the decanter. It has a perfect balance between its clean steely Chablis profile and a lovely honey butteriness on the palate.

March 13, 2020 - This is consistent with my tasting note of 3 months ago. Just to note there is bottle variance and I've changed my opinion with regards to its longevity, and would recommend that this is consumed over the next year.

December 31, 2019 - This is an absolute delight and is at its peak, and should stay here for the 5 years or so. It is a top notch Chablis with classic clean crisp characteristics and with a wonderful butteriness. There is an excellent acidity with flavours of peach, citrus fruit and pear, and it has great balance. This was decanted for a couple of hours and it paid dividends.
