January 25, 2014 - Tasted blind: Intensive ruby color. Nose of flint stone, earth, coffee and berries. Still hard tannins but the wine has a good length and is nicely balanced. Taste of berries and quite earthy. A nice Pomerol and I expect it to fully blossom in the next 5-10 years.

January 12, 2014 - Drinking beautifully with the most appealing and well-balanced green notes. Still somehow sufficiently ripe though. A treat.

November 14, 2013 - Nice wine. Camphor and dark stone fruit. Good structure and acidity to hold it together. Even finishing it the day after opening it, it still remains a bit tightly wound.

October 8, 2013 - Very fine wine, great finesse and balance. Deep underlying fruit, leather and forest, smooth tannins. So easy to drink.

May 19, 2013 - A wine that exudes pure pleasure with intoxicating rich aromas that it dispenses, plums, blackberries, blueberries, mocha, coffee, sweet tobacco, leather, black tea, violets, incense, and crushed stones. On the eye it still struts some of its youth exhibiting a dark opaque core with violet hued rims, very dense and slightly viscous appearance is also noticeable. Rich mouth coating flavors of sweet plums, blueberries, blackberries, black cherries that lead to a broad mid-palate dominated by milk chocolate, roasted coffee, licorice, with some fine grained tannins starting to show. The finish is quite long and elegant, although dominated by fine grained tannins, it has sweet dark fruits, spices, and minerality hiding in there somewhere. A hedonistic wine that isn't too heavy, it has elegance and subtleties as well as a delicious factor.
