October 20, 2005 - Opened this bottle after coming home to find the freezer on the fritz and Romeo frantic over the clicking sounds it was making. This still drank very smooth although it was beginning to show its age, a bit of the brownish hue starting to creep in. Decanted it for a half hour or so and enjoyed it even though I was distracted about my appliance woes.
