    August 19, 2012 - Tossed a ribeye on the grill and pulled the cork - no problemo this is tasty out of the chute, and got even better with short decant. The exuberant fruit of youth has developed into solid secondary flavors and the palate has become more elegant. Very smooth and balanced this was very easy to drink and an example of a fully mature Cab. This will hold it's own in a flight of Cali cab at 3-4 times the price of a similar age. Got to love the value which is exceptional.

    April 25, 2010 - Not as good as I remember it from a couple years ago. Back then I recall it velvety smooth 88-90 with luscious fruit and spice. This time around the cherry and blackberry were too subtle and overpowered by strong spice. Much smoother the following day; the taste of fruit, however, weaker still. Been drinking this case down over the last 8+ years and, perhaps, kept it past its prime.

    June 3, 2007 - Excellent cab with body, fruit and complexity. Well rounded with black currant fruit on the palate. Earthy notes and French oak spice complere the aftertaste. Excellent with grilled ribeyes. Medium to full body. Drink now-2012.
