August 15, 2009 - Mom and I enjoyed this bottle with Thai Basil. Loved it!

September 16, 2008 - Not a lot on the nose, but really delicious. Candied raspberries with a hint of spice on the back end. Nice long finish.

June 5, 2008 - (Tasted blind at a zin tasting; this was my favorite of 15 similarly-priced wines. No official score, but at the tasting I felt it was 90-91.)
Very dense, dark nose. Nice texture with lots of dark fruit, but also a bit hot. Very good overall.

November 25, 2007 - Surprising Zin. Moderately condensed fruit, full bodied, very pleasant wine. The finish is smoky clove -- as if you were drinking a zin and smoking a clove cigerette at the same time. Moderate long finish. Soft tannins. Yummy. Good price. (D 6, F 6.5; SoPo)
