December 30, 2023 - Good aromas, correct incense and dark notes....soft pleasant medium- body red currant mild complexity, palate without any balancing structure. Soft actually. finish is minimal....good with some soft cheese. Drink up soon.

July 22, 2023 - Very classic, wonderful old school Bordeaux. On the nose the attack dark, spicy, with lots of leather, cigar box and coffee aromas. With lift it becomes more refined, rose (wood), some plum. The tannins are fine-grained, harmonious, vital acidity. Aromatic on the palate a reflection of its nose, fine spiciness, some graphite to it. Medium body, pleasant 12.5 alcohol, a tall nobleman and not a doped powerhouse. Great, classic stuff.

June 19, 2023 - What a Boedeaux from the 2nd row. Very classic, deep, fine and exceedingly harmonious. A reference for Margaux in 1995. The complexity and balance, with noble, fine tannins and a noble, ripe acidity. The search for well-aged bottles continues, you can not have enough of them in the cellar in the coming years.

December 9, 2022 - The cork came out in two pieces, without crumblimg. About half wet and it has never had a leak. Auction bargain.

    Beautiful mature Bdx color.
Big nose with a good dose of Brett, Bdx soil, olive brine, sumi ink, dark fruits, cedar wood and expresses a small amount of refinement.
In the mouth this behaves like a fully matured Bdx where the tannins have melted away and the wine's beautiful personality is finally allowed to shine brightly. Elegant is the word. Well-balanced with decent transparency so that the soil can shine all the while the wine also has pith. The acids sit exactly as they should. Somewhat thin mid-palate, but good length and nice complexity. In addition to the aromas from the nose, I also find dark chocolate, beautiful barrel notes, autumn leaves and dark cherries. It is easy to put on the epithet attractive, the attractive wine. I really like the cedar in the finish. Exactly as it should be. Very successful.

If you are stashed, no need to hurry, but pleasure is to be found here!

Korken kom ut i två delar, utan smul.
Mycket lyckat.
