January 5, 2024 - Still going strong. Integrated, mature, and solid. A bit of funk on the nose blew off with air.

May 21, 2020 - Red berries, cherries, oranges, and savory notes on the nose. Nice acidity on the palate with flavors of red cherries, iron, and a hint of mint towards the back. Light overall, yet with some richness in the mid palate. Quite a nice, aged Beaujolais.

December 1, 2019 - This is drinking very well right now. Quite Burgundian nose of strawberries and cherries. Good balance and acidity with red berries on the palate. Nice finish. No need to wait any longer, but this should drink well for another couple of years.

November 22, 2016 - This was drinking beautifully, a positive lesson in delayed gratification for an 11 year-old Beaujolais. Pale, floral, bright and still maintaining a nice red fruit on the palate; any brett-ish notes are faint, and only add a bit of background complexity. Just delicious, and went well with spicy pork red sauce and roasted cauliflower

January 29, 2012 - My last bottle. Superb. Brett, but only enough to add complexity. Love it. Best of the bunch.
