February 9, 2016 - Wcd4: powerful cassis and dark berries. Dark red. Hollow mid palate before broadening end. Refined tannins.

December 22, 2015 - Outstanding bottle. Drank this over three days and it held up superbly well the whole way through. 24 hours aeration before hand would be ideal, can hold for 10 more years but is now ready and waiting !

December 11, 2015 - Another delicious bottle. Tannins integrated, perfectly smooth. Great nose. No reason to delay.

September 20, 2015 - Decanted for 2 hours. Pale edges but no bricking.
A real hit of ripe plum, red berries, earth and balsa on the nose. The same fruits in the middle palate are very ripe and pronounced, the whole couched in smooth tannins and a smokey frame with the merest hint of truffle. Dry finish for balance. Elegant and with great length.
Excellent. À point and for drinking over the next three years or so for maximum pleasure.

June 4, 2015 - Medium ruby with nice vibrant hue. Lifted nose with mix of dark and red fruits, blackcurrant, plum, tobacco and earth.
Soft medium bodied, showing nice freshness along with dark plums, sweet cherry fruits, smoke, herbaceous and cigar box. Soft chewy tannins with long finish.
while this bottle showing more development than other '95 and drinking nicely now, I don't think it has problem to hold for another few more years.
