Look: Dark honeyed
Nose: Honey, almost butterscotch fruit
Body: Great fizz and bubbles (robust fizz and small trailing up bubbles)
Taste: Initially very sautern-ish honey, later more slight orange fruit and very slight pear lemon.
Finish: Didn't time it, but I recall around 30-40.
Summar: Opened up and got better over time. Drink 'em up now, IMHO. Best with food.

May 24, 2011 - Lychee nose with hints of yeast, sweet but not cloying, dragon and passionfruit finish with agave edge. Excellent cremant.
